For purchases not covered by your insurance or for those who don’t have insurance coverage we offer many different financing options.

For your convenience we take the following forms of payment:

• Care Credit

We offer financing through Care Credit. This is a medical financing option that can be used for eye exams, cataract surgery, premium IOL lenses, glasses, sunglasses & contact lenses. This can also be used at other medical offices, for more information or to apply please log onto www.carecredit.com

At this time we take Credit Card in office or over the phone only.




*In order to qualify for in house financing you must be pre-approved. You cannot have an outstanding balance or have accounts in collections with our facility. If approved you must sign a promissory contract and abide by the stipulations within the contract. Any default could result in collection activity and will disqualify you from being eligible for this benefit at any future visits.
