Charles Hendrix, OD, formally of Hendrix Eye Care in Beaver Dam, has been serving the community of Beaver Dam through Optometry for the past 17 years. He is an alumnus of Caroll College, where he earned his Bachelor of Science-Biology degree. He continued his education at the Illinois College of Optometry where he earned the title of Doctor of Optometry. Dr. Charles Hendrix is well known throughout the community and his passion for his job is what makes him successful at providing the best quality of eye care.
Along with caring for his patients needs, he’s also devoted to caring for his family. He is married to his wonderful wife Jamie and together they take pride in raising their four “busy boys”; Joshua, Nathan, Benjamin, and Matthew. He is active throughout the community of Beaver Dam, where he served as President of the Lions Club in the past and now remains as a member. He provides screenings for individuals taking the local hunters safety programs, and is a member of the Wisconsin Optometric Association and the American Optometric Association. In his free time he enjoys studying Tae Kwon Do, camping, fishing, boating, and golfing.
He has proved to be a great addition to Vita Park Eye Associates and will continue to be in the years to come.
