He joined Vita Park Eye Associates in August of 2004 and has been a prominent member of the clinic and the community of Beaver Dam ever since. Inside the clinic he strives to provide the highest quality of eye care by explaining conditions of the eye in lay terminology and giving individualized treatment options. He pushes the clinic to keep up to date with the newest technologies and services available to patients; especially in the ever-changing options for cataract surgery patients.

Outside of the Clinic Dr. Jay Wilkins greatest accomplishment is his family. He has been married to his wife Torrey for 10 years and together they have 3 children: Harrison, Ashton, and Alexander. You may also see him from time to time performing or directing for the Beaver Dam Area Community Theatre, singing in the “Little Big Band”, or possibly at Sunday service playing bells. He looks forward to serving Beaver Dam and its surrounding communities in the years to come.
